We ship across New Zealand. Australia is to follow.

• Standard NZ courier: NZ$8.00 flat rate.
• Free shipping: on orders over NZ$80.00, after any discounts.
• Dispatch: from Auckland within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.

The “Sits-Flat” Guarantee

We formulated sootheKA to layer under the daily sunscreen New Zealand needs. If you buy your first full-size jar, apply it under your daily SPF, and it pills or feels heavy, email hello@sootheka.com within 14 days of delivery. Tell us which sunscreen you used and we’ll refund the price you paid for the jar. Keep the jar or bin it. You don’t need to send it back.

• The rules: covers your first full-size 50ml jar, one per customer. Refund is the price you paid for the jar, shipping excluded. Doesn’t apply to 25ml minis.

Returns (unopened product)

Changed your mind? Return unopened, unused product in its original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us to start the return. You cover return shipping.

Faulty or damaged goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace or refund it. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
