Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of sootheka.com and your purchases from us. The site is operated by The KA Collective Limited (NZBN 9429051850128), Auckland, New Zealand. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them.

Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms, our Shipping and Returns page or the Sits-Flat Guarantee limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation. If we can’t fulfil an order, we’ll tell you and refund anything you’ve paid.

Prices and payment
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% GST. We may change prices at any time. A change doesn’t affect an order you’ve already placed. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card number.

Offers and credits
- 10% welcome discount: 10% off a customer’s first order, applied automatically at checkout. One per customer.
- Mini credit: after you order a 25ml mini, we issue a NZ$26 credit code. It’s valid for 60 days from your order date, for your first full-size 50ml jar only, bought after your mini. One per customer. It can’t be used on a mini or in the same order as one.
- No stacking: the welcome discount and the mini credit can’t be combined. The bigger saving applies.
- We may refuse or cancel an offer used in a way these terms don’t intend, such as creating multiple accounts for repeat welcome discounts.

Shipping and returns
NZ$8 flat shipping within New Zealand, free over NZ$80 after discounts. Returns, the Sits-Flat Guarantee and faulty goods are covered on our Shipping & Returns page.

Product information
sootheKA products are cosmetic moisturisers. They aren’t sunscreens, they don’t protect against UV, and they aren’t medicines. They aren’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any skin condition. Read the full ingredient list before use. Patch test on your inner forearm first. Both formulas contain fragrance. Barrier Balance also contains sesame seed oil and chamomile extract. Stop using a product and see a doctor if irritation occurs.

Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
